The answer is incorrect because instead of writing down the factors they wrote down the multiples.(You have to list the multiples when your comparing the fractions). The greatest common factor(G C F) of 24 and 36 is 12 not 2.So the actual(real) fraction is supposed to be 2/3.

they only did the multiples of 24 and not 36 so they got the wrong answer. The right answer is 3/4.
